If we are unable to fulfill your request for a specific tour time, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full reimbursement if payment has already processed. 4.Delivery of Merchandise
We make every effort to ship historical replicas and merchandise as quickly as possible. We strive to deliver within the specified working days noted at checkout. 5.Withdrawal and Returns
You have the option to cancel your tour booking or return merchandise within 7 days of the transaction or receipt. We will issue a refund using the same method used for the original payment. 6.Product Condition for Returns
